Olkalou Constituency
Kabete Constituency has five wards, namely, Kabete ward, Uthiru ward, Gitaru ward, Nyathuna and Muguga ward. It is an electoral constituency in Kenya; it is one of the 12 constituencies in Kiambu County. It is metropolitan area situated in the outskirts of Nairobi city being so, Kabete hosts residents from across the country and foreigners from other countries. The constituency has an estimated population of 440,427 people and a voter population of over 120,000 voters. The main economic activities in the constituency include: Trade, farming i.e poultry raring & horticulture, transport and real estate among others. These activities have emailed fast infrastructural development, growth in education as well as other social amenities.
